Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority and ensuring a smooth shopping experience is important to us. Please refer to our policies below for returns and exchanges.

RETURNS:

Returns are granted on merchandise in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please contact customer service to initiate your return. A return label, valid for 7 days, will be issued. Please note that customers are responsible for return postage, which is deducted from the total refund.

Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be processed to the original form of payment. This may take 7-10 business days to reflect, depending on the banking institution.

Any item that appears to be tampered with or shows signs of wear and tear, will incur a fee of 20-50% of the total refund, in addition to the return postage fee.

EXCHANGES:

Exchanges are granted on merchandise in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt. Unlike returns, all fees associated with our standard exchange process are waived, including the return postage.

WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE?

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom/Personalized Items
  • Gift Cards
  • Final Sale Items
  • Shipping Fees
  • Route Package Protection Fees
  • International Orders* (due to custom fees)
  • Unapproved and/or ineligible items that are returned to us will not be accepted.

THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED.

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 48 hours of the delivery date. For damaged items, a photograph as proof of the damage/defect will be required.

IS THERE A WARRANTY ON MY ORDER?

All orders include a 90 day warranty. This means that for 90 days from the date of purchase, we'll take care of any damage due to manufacturing defect.

Our warranty does not cover items that have been lost or have suffered from normal wear and tear such as scratches, dents, broken chains, or products that have had third party modifications.

HOW DO I SHIP BACK THE ITEMS?

For instructions on how to ship products to our facility for return/exchange, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

All returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival. Our estimated return inspection and processing time is 2-3 business days, excluding holidays. Once approved, a refund will be processed.
