Please refer to our policy below for returns: 

Returns are granted on full priced merchandise in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please contact customer service to initiate your return.

Once we receive and approve your returned package, a refund will be processed and returned to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days. Any item that appears to be tampered with will be returned to sender.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return postage.

WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE?

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings
  • Custom/Personalized Items
  • Gift Cards
  • Final Sale Items
  • Shipping Fees
  • Route Package Protection Fees
  • International Orders*
  • Unapproved and/or ineligible items that are returned to us will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. 

THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED.

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 48 hours of the delivered date. For damaged items, a photograph as proof of the damage/defect will be required.

CAN THE ITEMS BE EXCHANGED?

We currently do not process exchanges.

IS THERE A WARRANTY ON MY ORDER?

All orders come with a 90 day warranty. This means that for 90 days from the date of purchase, we'll take care of any damage due to manufacturing defect.

Our warranty does not cover items that have been lost or have suffered from normal wear and tear such as scratches, dents or products that have had third party modifications.

HOW DO I SHIP BACK THE ITEMS?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

We will send you a shipment received confirmation email once your returned package has been marked as received in our system. All returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival at our warehouse. Our estimated return inspection and processing time is 2-3 days, excluding weekends and/or holidays. Once your returned items have been approved and processed, you will receive an email confirmation.
