Shipping

All orders, unless stated otherwise, are processed within 1-3 business days.

Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking activity may take up to 24 hours.

Standard shipping within the U.S. ranges from 3-5 business days. For International orders, please allow a shipping time of 15-20 business days depending on your location.

*Processing and shipping times are only an estimate and may take additional business days during promotions or other high volume times such as sales, holidays, etc.

International Orders:

SIDORA THE LABEL is NOT responsible for custom duties and taxes charged by the destination country upon arrival of a parcel. If your package has not been delivered after the expected time, please contact the postal service utilized. Any unclaimed packages returned to our facility may be reshipped at an additional fee. Please contact customer service for assistance.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Once you receive your shipment confirmation, the postal service is then responsible for the delivery of your package. If your package is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we recommend filing a claim with the postal service as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
